FAQ About Our Closure


I have a reservation for an upcoming date.  What are my options?  
Reservations for dates through April 15 will be automatically cancelled, and refunds will be provided to the card on file.  If you booked through an online travel agent (booking.com, expedia.com, Airbnb, etc.) you will need to contact the site you booked through to cancel.  There will be no pentalities or fees issued by the Inn at Hermannhof for cancelling.

A determination for reservations for dates after April 15 and beyond will be made at a later date.  During our closure, phones and e-mail will not be monitored regularly, and messages will not be responded to in a timely manner.  Please be patient.

When do you plan to reopen?
This will depend on the progress of the Coronavirus spread.  We hope to open as soon as possible.

Our mission is to provide our guests with an amazing experience when they come to Hermann.  Given the current environment, we cannot be successful in delivering on our mission.

I have a gift certificate that is going to expire.  Will you honor it after the expiration date?
Yes.  Once we reopen, please call us and we can extend the expiration date on the gift certificate.

I still want to come to Hermann.  Are there other accommodations available?
